THE FIRM

Horn & Co.’s practice in the Life Sciences area began in 1994, when Yuval Horn represented Orgenics Ltd. (founded by Prof. Max Herzberg) in its sale to SelfCare, Inc. Since then, both Mr. Horn and his colleagues have represented numerous founders, companies and investors in their transactions in the life science sector. Horn & Co.’s expertise includes the representation of clients in all aspects, including especially its commercial (technology) transactions and its corporate and funding matters.

The firm was founded in 2010 and currently employs 11 lawyers and two interns. With over 15 years of experience, our team represents the spectrum of expertise required to provide successful counsel to companies and individuals in Israel and abroad. Our experience in complex cross-border, technology and corporate finance transactions allows us to design cost-effective innovative structures, solutions and advice.

Horn & Co. partners and associates have been recognized by international publications and peers as experts in corporate law, intellectual property and technology transactions.

Yuval Horn has been recognized as one of the world leading experts in life sciences by The International Who’s Who of Life Sciences Lawyers during the years 2008-2011.
