We represent INX Limited, the first company that successfully offered its INX Tokens under an F-1 prospectus, cleared by the US Securities and Exchange Commission. We have represented the company since incorporation in Gibraltar, through private rounds of funding, the 3 year process with the SEC, the acquisition of an Israeli company and assets of a Delaware based company, the merger with a TSXV shell and the majority of its commercial agreements.
